John Jacob Astor’s childhood was very vaguely known, but it did say that when he was younger he had lived in Baden, Germany, but had later on moved around the war and had moved in with his brother who had been into the fur trading company, and he was the one who taught John how to speech English. John had perused in his dream as becoming a fur trader, he moved to New York City and had opened his own small business, He had later gotten married to a woman by the name of Sarah Todd, which had led to them being the number one trading company for China, he was most defiantly a Captain of Industry working to increase technologies. John was the first millionaire in the United States.
